MWI *ESSENTIALS consumer fraud ripoff OMAHA Nebraska
I was going through my bank statements and discovered that i was being charged $9.95 a month by a company called MWI*ESSENTIALS (877) 244-8258.
I called this company and they had no record of me anywhere in their database. They said that the only way they could help me is if I gave them my credit card #. I asked how they got it in the first place to be charging my account anyway.
They told me that I probably ordered something from an infomercial and that's how they got it. They said that I probably enrolled in some sort of service agreement. I DID NOT!
I asked for my money back but again, they wanted my credit card #.
Now I have to cancel all my credit cards and get new ones and I'm never going to order anything off the t.v. or online again.
Some one PLEASE HELP!!!
Don't let this continue.
