I was going through my bank account statement for the month of September and noticed a charge to my debit card for $109.95. It was a charge for WMI Essentials. I had never heard of this company and had no clue what this charge was for.

I called the phone number that was listed for this company and they claimed they could not find me in their system. I found this rather strange since they obviously had me in the system to charge my card to begin with. They tried for about 10 minutes to find my address in their system, with "no luck".

I told the supervisor, Ashley, that since it was a debit card and she charged almost $200 to my account that I had not authorized, she made several checks bounce and that she also needed to pay me back for those fees. She wanted me to fax her a copy of my bank statement to verify this.

I told her she must be on crack if she thought I was going to give her my bank account information after she already stold $109.95. I told her that I would let my bank advise her of the situation, but that she was not getting any more of my account info and that she had better delete all of my info. from her system after she credits my account.

I was told it would take 3-5 business days to credit my account the money that was unauthorized.
