Complaint Review: MWI Essentials MWI Connections

Upon opening my bank statement, I found two unauthorized charges from a company that I had never heard of. Doing a quick search of the internet lead me here. My case is the same as most of yours. $109.95 was taken out of my account without my approval. Not once but twice. They took out a total of $219.90. Upon calling both the companies, I listened to them try to sell me things. I kept interupting telling them that I want a refund. The first, MWI Essentials said that the refund would appear on the next one or two billing cycles. The second, MWI Connections said it would appear in 4-7 days. We will see who is right.
