Complaint Review: MWI Essentials MWI Galleria

I attempted to order a Taebo video off a tv add around February, 2002 when the man with the company taking my order kept trying to get me to accept other services. After arguing with the man about just ordering the video, I gave up and hung up the phone. A few months later I see $9.95 charges on my bank statement from MWI essentials every month and then an outrageous $150.00 charge from MWI Galleria.

This made my some of my checks balance and my account was a mess. I called them and told them I was demanding a refund. They have refunded six $9.95 charges so far but that is all.
