MWI ESSENTIALS recurrent credit card charge dishonest ripoffs Connecticut
I was checking my credit card statement, when I saw an unfamiliar charge. Hopped on the internet and saw truckloads full of complaints about this BUSINESS.
I called the number on my statement and spoke to a representative. She tried to convince me that I ordered SOMETHING on a 30 day trial. I can't remember ordering SOMETHING, nor receiving SOMETHING.
She then offered me some discount coupons. I guesse to buy SOMETHING with. I told her I don't need any discounted SOMETHINGS, I just want my money refunded. After several moments of silence she promised to comply and send a refund. I'll see about that.
Poor girl, I actually felt sorry for her, for having to work for such a scamming, dishonest company. My deepest sympathy.

I wrote you this Rip-off report on the day I contacted MWI. 11/22/2002
On my newest credit card statement I saw MWI did refund me all the money they took from my account.
