Complaint Review: MWI Essentials

MWI Essentials charged $109.95 on our checking account without our consent.

This company somehow got our credit card number and a charge of $109.95 was on our checking account statement. They did the same thing to us last year and it took quite awhile to get the charge credited.

When calling this company, all you get is a recorded message. My husband nor I either one ever talked with these people and authorized this charge for some type of membership we do not want.

Taking this kind of money out of our checking account causes us to have overdraft checks then costs us a lot of extra fees.
