MWI ESSENTIALS RIPOFF HAVE TAKEN 2 WITHDRAWS FROM ACCOUNT consumer fraud ripoff Connecticut
I happened to be going over my bank statement tonight and noticed a withdrawl for $12.95. Not knowing what it was for I
called the phone number on the statement. The company was not opened but had a message for some kind of clothing savings cards and such. I know I have not ordered anything of the sort, so I looked it's company up on the internet. I found your information so I am writing.
By the way, I also noticed the same deduction coming out last month too! As soon as I can get an answer on the phone, I intend to let you know.
We will be getting our bank cards changed.

I called the CT phone number this morning and spoke with a representative of MWI. I informed her of the problem and she still tried to send me some kind of coupon book for clothes and such! I was outraged!
I informed her that in only took their company 4 days to get the money out of my account and it had better take no more than 4 days to put it back. I also told her that the FBI fraud division had been notified, so I guess we will see how it goes.
