Complaint Review: MWI Essentials

I just happened to be looking at my bank statement on the internet and found a $96.00 charge to MWI Essentials on 12/26/02. I keep all my receipts and could not find one for that amount, I decided to go on line a see who they are. I found a phone number for them (877-244-8258) and called them to see when and what and who they are.

It's a recording, I typed in my phone number and punched in the number to cancel my membership. I didn't even know I had a membership with them. They said my membership will be cancelled and supposedly my account will be credited in 3 to 5 days. I didn't even talk to anyone but some how by just my phone number they are able to do this. Who are these people and how did they get my information?

The only information my bank could give my about them is their phone number, the same as above. I don't have a clue where or when they got my information. I haven't ordered a tai bo tape but I have order other stuff online and over the phone. How do I find out where this company came from? I guess we're not as safe as we think.
