I ordered a free sample from Vital Basics. Upon receiving the sample, canceled the membership which would have charged me the next month. I got a charge on my checkcard over a month later from MWI Dental Health Program. Having no idea what that was I called my bank. They said I couldn't do anything until the charge posted. When it did, it was listed as MWI Vital Basic Health Club.

I had already called Vital Basic to make sure they didn't accidentally charge me for something, they assured me they hadn't. Obviously, they did. I called MWI (the number showed on my statement after it posted) and told them to take the charge off. They tried to sell me whatever it was they charged me for.

I told them to take off the charge, they said they would in 2-5 days. After reading these reports, I'm not exactly confident they will. I will keep you posted.
