Complaint Review: MWI Galeria USA

Stole $139.95 from my account after ordering an IGIA product .....

Upon reviewing my bank account statement, I discovered a $139.95 charge with the phone number 1-800-547-5371 under the charge paid to MWI Galleria USA. I had not ordered anything from this group--checked with my family, they had not ordered either.

I called the number and got some phone sex advertisement the first two or three times I tried to call. When I did get through, I was on hold for several minutes. Jeff, ID #16269, refused to help me when I refused to verify my address for him. I told him I would give him my phone number, (he already had my name without me mentioning it, caller ID I guess) but he refused.

I then called my bank and stopped payment on the $139.95, although it may have been too late. Then I called IGIA and asked what their affiliation was with MWI Galleria was. Of course they said there was none, so I explained that this had occurred to at least two people after purchasing from them and that I would include them in the complaint. So at least part of my complaint is about IGIA or at least an employee that may have had access to bank account information.
