Mwi Galleria anyone receiving request form for double refund of unauthorized charges to your credit card Omaha Nebraska
My credit card was charged over six times in two years for so-called "membership fees" which I did NOT authorize, and I finally received a refund for all.
Now I have received a snail mail form from Galleria asking me if I wish to request a DOUBLE REFUND if Galleria cannot produce a telephone recording proving that I DID request the membership charges !!!
I find it hard to trust that they would truly provide double credit. I hope they are not just collecting names and addresses and phone numbers for whatever OTHER dubious reasons...

write to the attorney general of nebraska and your own state. You will get your money in no time.
