Complaint Review: MWI GALLERIA MWI Connections MWI Homeswork MWI Essentials

I am writing this for my elderly parents. My mother was confused about a charge on her Visa account. We racked our brains trying to figure out who the company was and what was ordered. We came up with a blank. I turned to Internet and found information on this site that answered some of our questions. My mother had ordered the "Pasta Pro Pot" from the television. However, she in no way authorized any other charge to be made to her account. Nor has she recevied any type of correspondence from MWI Galleria. I am writing this, hopefully, to help others. She has reported the "fraudulant" charge to her credit card company and will be watching her Visa bill very carefully. We are also following up in writing to MWI Galleria protesting there charge to this account. In additon, we will be making a report to the Michigan Better Business Bureau. Lorna j Algonac, Michigan
