Complaint Review: MWI Galleria

This company is very tricky. I called because there was a one dallar charge that created a s****.> I just found out today that I am being charged anyway. I called again and this galleria company's worker named Edward said that there was no record of me cancelling.

This can not be true because to talk to anyone you have to enter an account number. So therefor it would show up that the account was accesed. This Edward guy said that he would cancell my account but I would still be charged the $139.95. I asked why and he said that they had to take the money out and then would reimmberse me, but that he couldn't promise that that would happen.

So I am being jipped out of $139.95 for a service I have never heard of before last month when they started charging me. These people are slimy and don't want to give out names or adresses. I had to call 10 different places to talk to anyone. Call 1-877-271-4660 ask for Crystal ID number 3897, she is very helpful, but nothing has been cleared up yet. I am still going to be charged and I am a poor college student that needs that money.
