MWI Galleria US ripoff fraudulent billing won't return my refund omaha Nebraska
MWI Galleria US authorized $139.95 transfer from my credit card on my bank account without my permission when all I was supposed to be getting from them was a $25 gift card!!
When I reported this to them on the 16th or 17th of October,2002 the phone consultant at their co., Rosa -I.D. #9105 told me the money would be credited back to my account within 7 to 10 business days. It is now the 5th of November and I still have not received my refund!
When I tried for the last few days to access their website it tells me it isn't responding!!! The Co. now will NOT return my phone calls!!
This unauthorized deduct that they took from my account caused my Electric bill to bounce causing me to have NSF fees from the bank & charges from my Electric Co. for returned check fees!!! I want a refund for this!
If they do not respond or answer my calls soon I am going to my family lawyer to file a lawsuit against them!!!!!
