WMI*Galleria USA billed my credit card for $9.95. I have never heard of this company before so I called them and agent #15353 told me that I signed up for a membership for 20% off at department stores. I said I did not sign up for this program and to please cancel my membership.

He said I elected this program through Snapfish.com. I order digital photo prints on this site but never signed up for anything else.

He told me that my credit card will be credited within 2 days. We shall see. I will update my post accordingly.

I finally received my credit on my credit card from WMI Galleria.

I checked my on-line credit card activity and did not receive my refund so I called back and agent #15333 told me that my credit will show up within 1 or 2 billing statements. That is not what I was originally told! I had given them the benefit of the doubt but finally resorted to calling my bank. They will resolve the issue if WMI doesn't credit my account.

When you call WMI Galleria, they are very condescending and the agent told me I need to be more careful with my credit card and what I do online.
