There is NO EXCUSE. I/We should not have to be spending worthwhile time going through this. I want whoever at MWI Galleria that stole $139.95 from me to PAY, plane and simple. The person('s) responsible head('s) on a stake but seeing as how that won't happen some legal form of punishment will have to suffice ie. time in prison with Bubba. These pathetic, thieve-ing, and many other severe yet colorful phrases that I'm going to spare your mind of need to be held accountable.
