Complaint Review: MWI Homeworks

I just saw a similar posting today. I had a charge to my bank card that I did not recognize, so I emailed my bank. They told me MWI Homeworks had charged it and gave me a phone number to contact them. I have never heard of this company and certainly did not authorize a payment to them. I am have been on hold with the phone number for about 1 hour, they keep urging me to call back at a later time, when they aren't so busy from the holiday shoppers. Funny, the holidays are over!

This is unbelievable, I hope I have some recourse through my bank.
