Complaint Review: MWI*PREMIERHEALTH PLUS

I was charged 9.95 to my visa check card which may not seem like much but it was because I ended up with lots of insufficient funds which cost me $78 for just the fees. I called them up to cancel and they told me I signed up for it when I agreed to some telemarketer something or other - but I didn't agree to use thier services or have them bill me at any point in time. So now im out about $90 for the fees from my bank and for the fee this 'MWI*PreimierHealth Plus' charged me.
