Complaint Review: Mwi*simple Escapes Deal Pass

i went online to check my bank statement and noticed that a company by the name of mwi simple escapes had been charging my card 14.95.

so i proceed to check other months and they have been doing this for about 6 months. i hadn't really noticed it before but when i did i decided to find out what the company was.

i went to the bank and the women who helped me game me the phone number to call. so i proceeded to call them.

when i finally did get through i talked to a guy named norman id#16575. he told me it was a discount site for traveling and shopping and other stuff.

i asked him how he got our card number and info and he said that when we order the ultimate chopper we were given a 30 day trial period. well i never heard of the place before so i told him i was interested. well he proceeded to try and talk me in to staying on with them he also offer 60 dollars off of some electronic equipment.

after me saying about 5 times i wasn't interested he finally said he would cancle my account and refund me the money. i never had to sign anything or even got anything in the mail about this.

i don't think anyone else should have to go though this like i did. its not right to charge someones account with out permission.
