Complaint Review: MWI Simple Escapes et al

Great news! I tracked down their corporate office phone number. It is (203) 324-7635. Their website is www.memberworks.com. They are a public company listed on the NASDAQ.

I called them, calmly explained the situation, and they passed me on to someone named Sue. She took my name, and immediately saw the charge, and refunded it back to my account (will show up in 3-5 days.)

The whole call took about 5 minutes, versus the 1 hour on hold on their 800 numbers.

CALL THEM! GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND LET THEM KNOW THAT

WHOEVER THEY ARE USING FOR TELEMARKETERS ARE RIPPING YOU,

AND THEM, OFF!
