MWI Simple Escapes ripoff Nationwide
My credit card statement came in with a charge from MWI Simple Escapes, I had never heard of them and called 800-896-8186 (Had to press 0 to get past the menu). The person who answerd the phone could not find me in the system by name or phone #.
I was transfered to a supervisor who wanted my card # to lookup the account, I refused to give them the # and called my credit card company and after talking to 3 people (2 supervisors) they said they had removed the charge. I hope this will be the case. If this Happens to your credit card Be Persistent and dont back down
