Mwi Simple Escapes unautorized charge Stampford Connecticut
An unauthorized charge of $14.95 was placed on my account. When I called about this charge, the representatives were very nasty. She told me that this account was opened online. That's a d**n lie cause I didn't even know what type of company this was until the idiot told me.
They told me that it took 7-10 business days for my account to be credited my money back. I told her to cancel this account and refund my money. If my account is not credited within the time she tells me or if another charge is placed on my account, I will be filing a lawsuit with the Pennsylvania District Attorney's office about this fraudulent act.
