Billed my credit card in the amount of $159.95. When I called to question the charges and ask by what authority they had to make the charges, I was told that someone at my home telephone authroized the charges. This was not true because I do not live at that address during the winter months and there was not anyone at the house that could have answered the phone.

I reported this to Consumer Reports at WTVC Channel 9 in Chattanooga, TN. They did an interview with me and it will air during the 6PM news Jan6, 2002
