Complaint Review: MWI* Simple Escapes2

I noticed three automatic deductions on my online banking activity report for $9.95 each for three months. I had to demand to speak to a manager and threaten to call the State Atty. General's office to get reimbursement for all three months of payments.

When I asked how this charge was initiated, they said that I clicked on a free gas card ad on the Internet and then "signed up" for the charges from MWI. I clicked on the free gas card, but not the other.

I am calling the Attorney General's office now.
