In its continuing effort to rip off the general public, MxEneregy has invested countless hours to the effort of calling my phone number for the past six months. Every time I tell them I do not want their sollicitations they appologize and call again the very next day.
This has been going on to my eventual frustration and subsequent research on the subject.
According to MxEnergy's web page, a fellow named Wayne Sadin was hired to fix thier customer relationship perception by implementating a sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) software package that is supposed to resolve these continual contact irritations by company representatives.
Apparently it's not working.
If you need to call Wayne directly to complain, his office is in Houston and the telephone number is 713-357-2920. He is thier new CIO who came from another morally bankrupt company with the same shiftless business practices.
