On March 2, 2008, I checked my checking account via internet and learned that my account had been charged $149.00, that I was not familiar with. This was on a Sunday and after calling my bank's 24hr number, I got the company's information that had charged me.

On Monday morning I immediately called this company and learned it to be MY Access Benefits, again, a company I was "not" familiar with nor anyone I had authorized to charge my account $149.00.

I was told by a representative that there was nothing that could be done because I authorized the charge, but they did ask me for my address to send me a dispute form, which I did give to them.

I received this form last night and it is asking for a copy of my bank statement, and the nature of my dispute. I am very skeptical about sending in a copy of my bank statement even though I have closed that account.

This company has all the criteria of a "scam" to me, and I had to file this report so that hopefully some justice can be done. I see I am not the only one this has happened too.
