Complaint Review: My american shipper

My american shipper incorrect invoice, missing items, no reply for email, can't login to account, voice mail full and can't reach them. Van Nuys California

I'm a user of them more than 5 years and It worked before, I needed to think it's little different than before when they didn't send me any email of packages received and sent.

I made a shipment last week and local DHL called me there is wrong number of my items on the invoice and they can't process custom clearance before they have correct one from the sender.

My package has a lot of dresses but My American shipper just wrote one dress in the box.

I sent email for them immediately but no reply for 2 whole business day.

I was trying to login to my account but failed. Tried to reset my password but the website showed internal error form server.

Checked the number of items I bought and sent and it was 18 but when local DHL checked the amount of my items, it was 13.

Contact to the customer service but no answer and voice mail was full and other service desk was full too.

Only could contact to was international check out. I told him whole story and waiting the call from them but it's kind a weird nobody answered but only could reach to the check out section...

I hope they will contact to me but it's sure something strange with this service and not trustworthy one so far.
