My Bridal Studio LLC Total Scam, Bait & Switch, Deceitful, Questionable Business Practices Taylor Michigan
WARNING TO MICHIGAN BRIDES - DO NOT USE MY BRIDAL STUDIO LLC TAYLOR, MI
You were probably contacted by this company by text messages or emails after going to bridal shows this year. We know that every bride that registered at bridal shows was given the same prize drawing gift and its a scam because when you call this company and speak to Rob he explains its just a free upgrade. My fiance was told she must purchase a package and they will give her extra time or 2nd photographer free.
We almost took the bait only thing was she could not meet the photographer at the studio. She went down there and Rob Krajenke was the only person there and said Ray was the wedding photographer. The buildng was dark, every room closed or under construction, junk everywhere, paint cans in the bathroom, plastic sealing off doors, pieces of wood int he hallway, the entire place was like a warehouse. We of course did not sign anything or pay them money.
A few relatives and friends she went to bridal shows with all received identical text messages and emails about winning a prize drawing misleading everyone into thinking they won a free package or something much bigger than a few extra hours or video upgrades. Its clear these people cannot be trusted and should be investigated for questionable business practices. I'm worried other couples will take the bait and suffer the consequences later when the photographer doesn't show up or the studio refuses to give money back to people that want to cancel.
Someone we know that is getting married spoke to Rob Krajenke and the photography samples on the website belong to a photographer that quit working for the company last week. She was very upset and wanted to use that person but has to use someone else that has limited experiece and poor quality work. She called the photographer that quit last week and that man told her everything that was really happening with My Bridal Studio LLC.
The guy every bride has been dealing with and speaking to at the studio Rob Krajenke is sleeping there every night using the place as his personal residence. He is allowing his friend Mike to stay there because he is down on his luck. So 2 guys are living there on a daily basis. Rob is subcontracting photographers off CraigsList here in Michigan to do these weddings. They recieved shut off notices because they past due on bills with Comcast and DTE. Rob has no drivers license because he owes the State over $4,000 unpaid child support. His white van is parked next the building with no valid plate or tags. But he drives his van around the city of Taylor every week.
The owner of the company is Brian Lee Horne and he lives down the street 11436 Syracuse, Taylor, MI 48180 and this LLC was registered under his name.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - DON'T TAKE THE BAIT!!! ITS TOO LATE FOR THEM TO GET REFUNDS UNLESS THEY FILE A COURT CASE. HOPEFULLY NO OTHER BRIDES OUT THERE GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FROM DISINGENOUS PRIZE DRAWING OFFERS!!!

First I want to apologize to any of you brides that booked photography with My Bridal Studio LLC and requested to cancel contracts after viewing this report I created on April 24 which caused panic and emotional stress. It was created in a fit of anger after I quit the company due to contractual disputes and ongoing issues I was having with one of the business partners.
For that I am truly sorry and hope you will forgive me and give Rob and Brian the opportunity to resolve any of those issues. I pray that you will reconsider if you were going to cancel this week. They are going to replace me as the photographer and already have several persons with even more experience. You will be in great hands if you stay and allow them to work with you to plan your keepsake services.
From the start last year this partnership with someone I did not know and the location one hour away from where I live was not an easy choice for me. I actually came very close to walking away twice over the last four months but I am responsible for 33% of the 2 year lease for the space. Bookings were not happening each week and with all my personal bills each month it became increasingly difficult to keep paying 33% of all the business expenses in Taylor.
Rob and Brian are kind-hearted, professional, creative, and highly skilled. They did not deserve this attack on the company and it was not appropriate or mature that I express my feelings, frustration, and anger this way on the web. I wish I could go back to that moment and delete the report all together. Sadly that is not possible at this moment so my only move is to let all of you brides that find this report know it was a BIG mistake. And I hope you will not depart or not seriously consider doing business with Rob and Brian. I've known Rob for ten years and he is a great person that means well and treats everyone with the respect they deserve.
