I took out a loan from my cash now for $500.00. Of course they give you the opportunity to defer the loan if needed which i did. well they added all this interest daily and the loan loomed to $2500.00.

With all the interest I went into an arrangement to pay 1000.00 and be done well they waited until the second to the last payment and called me and i said i defaulted and thay the whole loan was due which was not true.

I called jim of course got his voicemail i left a detailed message that i had paid my western union and left my confirmation number well they trf my account to ann whom has been calling all day every day saying i owe them another 2500.00 this is crazy what to i cant file bankrupt becuase i have already in the past.

Here's the thing people. You all assume we put a gun to your head and force you to come in and take out loans. Remember we are PAYDAY ADVANCE companies. Not THIS AN OTHER PAYCHECK companies. These loans are intended for short term help. You should know your limits. Half the time it is you, the customer, pressuring us to give you more money. I can't tell you how many times today I've heard "well, can't I just have $50 more?" The company I work for sets percentage limits and we still get complaints about how they need more. We are trying to keep you from getting in over your head. We are just like any other company, we expect your payments when promised. All you are required to do is to keep you promise. Even in the event you can not pay. You are required to set your payment plan with us and to up hold your part of the agreement. All you have to do is keep us updated.

Being limited by the state is a problem, we actually have more "failure of payments" now than we did before the regulation was imposed. Having our governor running payday advance companies is like a concert worker running a restaraunt. They just don't know, obvisiously, neither do you. I'm tired of excuses and pawning off your problems on our companies. Live inside your means and you wouldn't have a problem EVER! Even with surprise bills. The fact of the matter being BLAME YOURSELF.

These loans are illegal in many states...

I am in New York where these loans are now illegal. They have shut down these places all over the US for illegal activities including loan sharking. In NY and many other states, there were class action lawsuits filed and won. They are in the news more than ever now. Call your Attorney Generals office to see if there is a class action lawsuit pending in your state and if you can join. But don't pay anymore! These lawsuits have stopped collection notices and resolved outstanding debt, but to get your money back is the hardest. They file for bankrupcy and you are out of luck. You are better off changing your phone number and sending certified cease and desist letters. This legally should stop the harrassment. If it doesn't, you have a whole other lawsuit. If they mess with your credit, after a lawsuit it will have to be wiped clean.

Good luck to you! I hope that your Atty General can help. If mobsters aren't allowed to do this, neither should corrupt companies!
