Complaint Review: My Clean House

I hired this company to clean my small 1-bedroom apartment because their motto stated they were fast and efficient.

A lady was sent to clean my apartment, and she did not devote 100% of her time to cleaning, and she stopped to chat frequently, and she was definitely not fast. She was in my apartment for 4 hours. It should not take 4 hours to clean my apartment.

I asked her to clean the bathroom. After she left, I noticed that all she had done was clean the bathtub. She had not cleaned the sink or the toilet, and had not washed the floor. This is definitely not efficient.

The next day, 2 other cleaners came to finish cleaning my apartment. These 2 cleaners WERE fast and efficient.
I ended up having to pay $200.00 to clean my one bedroom apartment. This is totally un-acceptable.

I would not recommend anyone use this company.
