I purchased software online to recover deleted photos that did NOT work on my LG G2 phone and have been told everything form the tech "Joanna" doesn't work there to no refunds to purchase more software. I have contacted mastercard to get a refund and the BBB in connecticut & minnesota and hopefully someone will go to this site and read some of the 8 million complaints about this company.
