My Commerce.com A Digital River Company Share-it-Digital River, Inc. I purchased a 7 day trial of the Major Av Software on 3-24-20 for $7.41, the trial ended 3-31-20 On 3-30-20 the software was renewed for a year-one day before the trial ended for $74.19.
On 3-31-20 I sent a series of emails attempting to cancel the software and they have continuously refused to cancel the annual payment they stole from my M/C, and continue to make excuses for reasons for why I should keep their software. I am very frustrated, the phone number is always busy so they apparently are used stealing consumers money. HELP!! major av.com
