Requested refund multiple times & still have not received refund. Unable to get in touch with company! Reported to BBB. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! I made a complaint to BBB. Here is the complaint: On July 14th I placed an order with My Custom Xbox for amount of $28.94 my order number is XXXXX. I received an email from Jennifer on July 22nd stating "Bleach button kits are no longer in stock. I can send another item or refund you, please let me know what you would like to do." I responded back July 23rd asking if there were different colors available. On July 25th she replied back that no other colors were available, I immediately replied back then to refund me my money. On July 27th she replied back to me "Thank you for your response, I will give to the owner to process refund." It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I never received the items I ordered and still have not received my refund of $28.94. The company is impossible to get in touch with by phone. I have left four messages on 619-663-9269 and no one has called me back. They have not responded to my emails that I sent on July 29th, August 13th and August 16th asking for a refund.
