I ordered a Free Sample from MyDietPatches, and authorized $2.85 for S/H charges from my credit card.

This company then charged without my approval the sum of $169.95 to my credit card.

Call Brian at 1-800-901-1182. Tell him about your situation. He is a supervisor. I have been speaking with him about them owing me money. If you bug him and threaten him enough, he will get you your money. I told him that I will take them to court, and he is currently working on getting me my money ASAP. Granted, I will believe it when I see it, but I did get farther today than I have in the past with their stupid call center associates.
