Complaint Review: My Diet Patches

This company has told me several different stories every other day that I have called to find out about getting my refund from them.

The first time I called ten minutes after placing an order for the Patches and then finding out my bank debit card had been charged 157.00 instead of 2.95 for free trial offer. He kindly stated that yes I will start that process today it should take 3-10 business days.
I called 10 days later (after taking out a bank loan for thirty days so I would not overdraft) and he stated oh, that hasn't gone out yet, I asked them to put a Rush on it, it should be right in your account with in 3 days.
Today, (12/23/04) I call and the lady says oh that didn't even go out it was the wrong address, I had Credit Department send it to your Bank Account it should be in there in the next 3- 10 days, directly into your bank account. I said I am tired of messing with your company I have recieved several different stories from you and all has been different now I am getting my lawyer to contact you & I am reporting you to the better business bureau.

What a scam..and the patches are not any good for weight loss they should be used for glorified tape!! I had them tested and there is nothing on them but adhesive!! and their charging 147.00, hog wash save your money. Cause it'll sure take you forever to get a refund!! But it goes right on with in seconds if you use your credit card!!
