so i signed up for this "store" as part of an affiliate thing to get another product. paid the shipping fee to get the cd and i have yet to receive it (i'm just inside the 2 week free trial and intending on calling/emailing to cancel today) however, i don't have my login or password. the lost login info on their site isn't even working for me, so i've had to contact customer service to try and get it. i don't think i even got the original email with my login info (which they say they send on the website) i haven't heard back from the email i've sent them, and they aren't currently open to call and get it.
i should have done my research, as it seems everyone is having difficulty canceling their account, and are getting billed with fraudulent charges.

is there anyone out there who has actually successfully canceled their account? is anyone planning on a class action lawsuit against them? should i cancel the card i used to register with?

i've done some other research to find that they aren't even based in the u.s., and therefore probably aren't following kosher business practices. i also find it odd that of all the reports here that only one employee has taken the time to respond, and with a less than informative message.

i'm hoping i don't get royally screwed like the other people that have been ripped off by this company, however my hopes aren't high.

i managed to get my password info from them, after two emails. the first said my username was "username" and my password was "password", and a second email contained my actual username and password. i (presumably) canceled the product before they could charge me via the internet, and i have yet to find a chard from them on my bank statement. here's to hoping i didn't get screwed over!
