My Easy Saver Easy Saver has been taking $14.95 each month out of our bank account one yr. I called the number on bank statement and get a comf#.to cancel. You never talk to a person. Kansas City Kansas
Easy Saver has been taking $14.95 out of my account for one full year. I call the number listed on my bank statement, a recording tells you you can cancel. It gives you a comf# number. Then next month it is taken out again. You call the number and try to wait to talk to someone. You are told your call is important to them. No one answers. You try the cancelation again on the phone. Next month another $14.95. You call and try to wait it out. Still no answer, but they telll you can cancel on line. Cancel.myeasysaver.com. You do not have to use the www. Guess what? That is not a good page. You get no where.
I am now forced to cancel my bank account and open a new one. That means contacting all the accounts that have direct deposit and direct payment.
I do not even remember what I did to sign up for this.

If the charge is coming through your debit card you should be able to close that card and get a complete new numbered card. Tell the bank you DO NOT want the next in the series. This would prevent the company from taking any more money while keeping the same account open for your direct deposits. Also have you contacted your bank to see about filing a dispute on these charges? The bank might only be able to refund about the last three months but they might have better luck in getting the company and getting more refunded to you. Good luck and keep us posted.
