Complaint Review: My experience with https://www.astonparts.com aston_workshop_parts fraud

First I tried to email from their websote, and maybe 15 trials, email never went through, it says enter "your email address" correctly, and it does not recognize it.

So I went on ebay, aston_workshop_parts, and contacted them from there:

They advised me to buy the ctek36. after buying it online, i let 2 options for shipping but finally heard they will only ship to the CC address, no problem, (well i did not want pay 2 shipping cause indeed it is on sale here nearby) but ok so the item was sent to france then to spain, I connected it to the rapide, there was 3 lights on and then 1 hour later the red light coming up saying there is a problem. I looked at the package and realised it was not for a 100ah battery but for 85 ah maximum, and it was not even the charger i bought and was advised to a ctek36, was advised, they sent a ctek38,another wrong one so I decided to contact the seller and ctek simultanously. 

ctek confirmed it was not a charger for a rapide, and seller said , he will exchange it for the version 5 upon receiving it, so i am with 3 shipping fees to return his charger for his mistake.  Upon receiving it the package has some marks and they told me they can only refund me 50%.

I wanted to share this with you cause i have never seen this online since 16 years i work with internet. this company deserve to be reported with these fraud website, please you can laugh at me, you can thing its legit, but if this happen to you, you have been warned.

Il est évident que ce chargeur n’est pas approprié à votre Aston Martin

Il vous faudrait un chargeur plus puissant tel que le MXS 5.0 (voir doc jointe)

 

Néanmoins nos chargeurs ont une certaine tolérance et le problème que vous me remonté ne semble pas provenir du chargeur ou de son intensité

 

Auriez-vous l’amabilité de vérifier votre chargeur sur un autre véhicule ?

 

Nous avons l’impression qu’il y a un souci avec votre batterie ce qui expliquerait que le voyant d’alarme passe au rouge

 

Si le phénomène se reproduit sur un autre véhicule alors le chargeur peut-être fautif
