Complaint Review: My Eyelab in Fort Lauderdale Florida

In Februrary I had an eye exame there and then ordered  contact lenses and two sets of expensiev frameless glasses which were supposed to have bifocal lenses and lenses that turned darker int he sunlight.  I only received the contact lenses after multiple calls and visists.  To date i have never receievd the eye glasses.  They sent me one cheap pair with plastic frames and incorrect lenses.  They then said the sent a second pair and gave me a UPS # but UPS said they didn;t require a signature so they do nto know where the pacgae was dropped off and I need to go back to the vendor to compalin.  I have made multiple calls, emails and visits, every time it is startign fresh, they have not background ont he compalint, they say they wills end the galsses but never do.  Often the popel I talk with no longer work there form week to week.  I just want my money back for the two sets of glasses - I paid over one thousands dolalrs with this store thinkign they were reputable and still do not have glasses.
