This company deceived me with a one dollar 30 day trial offer. While talking to my internet provider concerning my technical problem. My family ancestry came on the line and told me that only one dollar would be taken from my checking account for a 30 day trial offer. She said after thirty days the sevice would seize and that no other money would ever be taken. She never explained the ramifications or gave any detail. I continually told her I was not interested in this service. She would not let me continue with my call concerning my technical problem with my internet service.

Finally I gave in and told her to only take one dollar and not take any other money out of my account. She guarenteed that this would never happen and that they were a reputable company. A month later they took $99.95 out of my account. My first call to them they stated they would not reimburse the money and would not let me speak to a supervisor. The second call I insisted on talking to a supervisor in which they gave me to a person named Tyler. This person finally said he would reimburse but little did I know it would take up to 30 days.

If they do a number of people this way how much interest are they acquiring? Do not get sucked in by this company because they are dishonest and as soon as they got my account number they felt they had the right, without my permission to go into my account each month. They also don't practice good business.
