Complaint Review: my family mobile

my family mobile t-mobile they added charges that i did not agree to and woudnt remove them after i asked Nationwide

i have had a cell phone acc. with T-Mobile for 3 years and each month they find some reason to justify some kind of up charge usually only about 50 cents or less,sometimes up to a dollar. I signed up for unlimited talk, text and data for 45.00 dollars per month plus tax and other charges i have yet to decipher that took the total to 51.62 per month.      

 In march i went over my 4G limit and was charged an extra 6.00 that they had pro rated from 10.00. i called customer service to remove the charge starting in april  , They informed me that they could not remove the charge for April but that it would not be there on Mays bill so i went ahead and paid the 62.38 not exoecting to get the ten dollars back.        

 My May bill shows up and lo and behold there is the 10.00 dollar charge again.i call them back up and they inform me that they can not do anything about it at this customer service and i must email them and wait for them to get back ahold of me to resolve this issue.            

 Up till today i have not had an email account and i do not own a computer. So I set up an email account and borrow a laptop and find out it is virtually immpossible to email the branch of customer service that you need to refute the bill or request your money back. If you eventually get to the place to voice your problem they restrict the number of characters you can use to explain your problem to such a minimum that it is immpossible to convey any thing that makes sense                                                                                                              

These people are rip-offs and they offer no help to thier customers using the phone service that you purchase from them all they offer at customer service is gimicks to up the cost on your phone.  I have since filed a complaint with the FCC. They seem interested. I am gone from this provider as soon as i can possibly get out and i would advise anyone thinking about T-Mobile as a provider to not use them
