My family mobile Well im a employee of walmart an decided to change phone providers due to saving. Unfortunatly my husband phone broke and I decided turn off that additional line. Internet

To whom this may concern. I Latosha **** decided to change phone services due to savings. I am a employee of walmart and receives a discount for telephone serives thru my family mobile. Unfortunately I have multiple lines an deciced to turn one off. I place a call to myfamilymobile to proceed that process thinling it would save me money since that line wasnt put in use.

The representitive I spoke with informed me that I still would get charged for the line due to the cycle periods and what day I decided to turn off the line.i was ok with that. But what she did not inform me was I would be charged the full amount for that line not even including my discount. Now I wish someone can help me get a refund due to the misinformation that I received. Because if I had known I would have just keep the line since it is cheaper to due so.
