Complaint Review: My Favorite Cleaners Owner Marnie Duenas

Brought new pants into My Favorite Cleaners to have on site seamstress shorten them. Seamstress cut pants too short and there was no material to lengthen them. I paid the cleaners so I asked the owner to please refund my money for the alterations and to please pay for my pants. She became very rude and condescending and said she would not pay for my pants. She told me to "take it up" with the seamstress. I told her that I paid the cleaners and not the seamstress. She then said she would not do anything because I could cut them into shorts. I told her I didn't pay $100 to cut them into shorts. She said she would not pay for my pants or refund my money for the alterations. I told her I didn't want to have to file a small claims case and she laughed and said go ahead that her information was "public record."
