My free Travel grocery rebate visa card I have a $600 food certificate and a $600 gas certificate. I was promised rebates and have seen nothing, I have fulfilled all the requirements. Plus sent in the money. Joliet, Illinois
I was sold an alarm system from Titan Alarms, was told that the fees would be offset by the rebates that would be $50.00 per month and my bill would be $39.99 for the first two years. I was given a my free travel $600.00 food certificate and a fuel certificate. I sent in all the required items for the rebate. One is a gas rebate coupon worth $600.00, the other a grocery rebate coupon worth $600.00. I had to send in $9.95 per coupon to them and it would be refunded to me on the first visa card. So my first rewards were to total $70.00.
I have sent in my reciepts and all required information. It says on the certificate to go to www.groceryrebate.net but when I go there I get this message-Sorry - Site Under Construction. Please try back later. Same thing when I go to the http://www.gasrebate.net/. I started this program back in october, you cannot submit reciepts for the month you start. So I sent in my $100.00 in reciepts for gas and for grocery's in November. No response, no cards. And I cannot check the status of my rebates. When I call the # they have on the certificates #815-741-3900, I get a recording that says "thank you for calling my free travel, we are currently closed for the holidays, we look forward to speaking with you soon.
I am thinking that this company is shutdown or a scam, they took the money and that is all they are doing, cashing everybody's checks, and not sending out rebates.
