My Heritage Dna kits with drew money from my account for dna kit that i never received. on line only Internet
On feb.23, i ordered a dna kit from my heritage, the money was withdrawn from my back account 92.79cents. i still haven't received my kit. i've talked to them and they said i have to prove i ordered the kit. they withdrew the money from my account isn't that enough proof?
