Tyler Guerts, owner of My Importers, which used to be Pyras Collection of Park City Utah is committing fraud. He is selling furniture from China which are reproductions and passing them off as real antiques.

It is only a matter of time before the law catches up with him as I have notified the postal system, the local officals and the local newspaper. When he is challenged on his business practices, he tries to make you look like the one at fault. What a small time con man. I think if he sold drugs instead,he would be more of an honest man. Get real man!

false accusations when there is no evidence

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

To whom it may concern;

It is unfortunate in today's global online market place and eBay that uneducated buyers or consumers have an issue with a company or seller they turn to tactics that are inappropriate and lack integrity. It is easy to get upset and make false accusations when there is no evidence or knowledge of antiques by the consumer.

I find when a person is unwilling to leave there true identity name or address the truth of there character and integrity is clear none therefore if this claim was valid or had any truth it would have been signed by a consumer that was in fact true and not a false accusation.

I Tyler Guerts of MyImporters on eBay stand behind all of the products and Authentic Chinese Antiques we sale or represent. If you as a consumer or buyer feel that in any way we or another company has mislead you please contact Square Trade an online dispute forum where you can resolve your case or situation. We are pleased to answer your questions and concerns about areas of appraisal or antiques. We have a perfect reputation for resolving cases and assisting buyers as well as sellers.

As to the remark left by Mike,

After several attempts to defraud our company and repeated vulgar phone calls as well harassment Mike turned to extortion and other means of fraud. It began first with asking for a full refund for no reason; we explained this was not possible as there was nothing wrong with the item that was purchased. After this failed Mike decided to begin with a string of emails stating that it just was too nice of a piece and too high of quality for his use. We agreed that it was a very high quality piece worth a great deal of money, he then stated that it was not what he was looking for and that it would be better to refund his money. We stated that in our policies it reads that unless an item is damaged or not the correct item we will not issue a refund.

Well this is where Mike decides that there is now damage and we should refund him due to the damage and his mental stress he has endured. We stated that he was beginning to be untruthful in his words, well what did Mike decide to do?

Mike now went to the extreme and is calling the item false, strange when in the beginning of all this the item was just to nice for Mike and he was looking for something less ornate and more rustic.

You be the judge, but I can tell you this any one that decides to make allegations such as written above or comments of a negative nature may want to include there real name and stand behind what they say with honesty and truth, lacking integrity and conviction for ones words and statement is above all else not what I call a true American or person of respect and dignity.

Thank you for your time,

Manager of MyImporters
