Complaint Review: My Info Guard

Last week I got a bogus charge on my Phone bill
of $12.95. When I saw this I called the number provided
with the charge they said that my sister placed the charge. they said that they would remove the charge and credit my account.

I called my sister later that day and she said that she never even herd of this site. She does have a cedll phone but its not even in her name. While its no longer on my bill it still irks me that somehow they got my sister info and charged it to my account.
