My Kazagold.net They charged me 29.99 and do not give a refund or the service I paid for Internet
This company is a crooked company. I paid them 29.99 and have been having a lot of problem and they cut off their service after a short time, and want to force me to pay again and buy a so called new service.
The guy's name is " Jeff" who is a just a crooked man, who called me and claimed that he has sent me an e-mail telling me how to log on. When I try to log on that site I am drceted to download a sofware called " adware5" . customer is forced to download that. Even after downloading that software the e-mail claimes that customer should click on the kazagold on the desk top ( there is not such short cut on the desk top ) all is fraudulent business practice. This man called me using this phone number +12067746786 and when I called back no one answered.
I am going to report this company to US attorney General and California authorities to prosecute them for ripping off customers on line.

This complaint is completely unwarranted. This customer, who originally became a member of MyKazaaGold in May of '04, asked for us to send them their log-in information again, which we did.
- Our customer support line is 206-686-3990, not 206-774-6786, and is clearly stated in numerous places on our website. Had this customer actually called our number, they may have had better luck in contacting us.
- The Spyware Remover tool they refer to is called No Adware and is not a required download. It is simply a FREE Spyware remover tool that we offer to our customers as a courtesy.
- The Kazaa Gold icon IS in fact located on the desktop after the software is installed and it is how the software is opened. No secret there.
Clearly a case of a customer who was to impatient to even try to help themselves. They couldn't even find our support phone number which is one click away from the home page itself.
