2. Cancellation/Termination
You may terminate your membership at any time. When you terminate your membership, your account will not be automatically renewed and your access will be terminated on the expiration date. You acknowledge that MyLife.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your ID, password, account (or any part thereof), or use of the Service for any reason, including, without limitation, if MyLife.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Agreement or MyLife.com's User Agreement. MyLife.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that MyLife.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and/or bar any further access to the Service. Further, you agree that MyLife.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service. In the event that we discontinue a material portion of the materials and features that you regularly use in the ordinary course of its business, we will terminate your account at your request.

3-Day Cancellation QUICKMATCH SINGLES ONLY
Regarding the QuickMatch Singles service, you, the buyer, may cancel the Agreement, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date of this Agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel this Agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send a telegram which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this Agreement, or words of similar effect. This notice shall be sent to MyLife.com, Inc., Attn: Cancellations, 2118 Wilshire Blvd. Box 1008, Santa Monica, CA 90403-5784. You may notify MyLife.com of your intent to cancel the contract within the 3-day period and stop the processing of a credit card voucher or check by telephone notification to the dating service. However, this does not negate your obligation to cancel the contract by mail, telegram, or delivery. Notice of cancellation, if given by mail, is effective when deposited in the mail properly addressed with postage prepaid. For QuickMatch Singles, the day that you submit a completed subscription form will be the date of this Agreement. Any refunds under this 3-day cancellation policy will be made within 10 days after MyLife.com's receipt of your cancellation notice.
