I responded to the extensive TV advertising campaign of "My Lil Reminder" which offered 2 "My Lil Reminders" for the price of one, namely $9.99 plus postage and packing. I ordered 4, 2 to be paid for and 2 free, at a cosat of $19.98 plus P & P. They charged my credit card with $47.94 which was apparently 2 x $9.99, plus 4 x $6.99 for p & P. I received one envelope containing 2 Lil Reminders which were cheap rubbish and the P & P would not have cost them more than $1.50 for each of the 2 items supplied. So I received 2 items of questionable value which should have cost me about $12.98. The other two items were never received. To simplify my complaints I decided to keep the 2 I had and just try to get the other two either supplied or my money back. This proved absolutely impossible. Their telephone number was permanently engaged and the website quoted on their order acknowledgement claims to have nothing to do with them. I eventually tracked down an Email address for them, reminder@3plworldwide.com, which very efficiently acknowledged receipt of my Email and promised a response within 5 working days. I sent numerous Emails, all were acknowledged but only 2 replies were received, neither of which made any real attempt to respond to my complaints. In the end I had to give up - they clearly have an elaborate system to avoid ever accept the return of goods or giving credit for overcharges etc
